Since 2010, global LED general lighting has developed rapidly, and multiple countries have introduced relevant policies to promote its application. China has introduced a series of measures to promote the application of LED lighting, such as the "Ten Cities, Ten Thousand Lamps" initiative, and the joint bidding of the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development, and the Ministry of Transport for semiconductor lighting product application demonstration projects. The most concerned pricing subsidy policy for LED lighting fixtures in the industry is also emerging, and LED lighting fixtures have gradually entered the stage of large-scale application.  
1、 The lighting market in our country has a huge scale, with traditional light sources such as incandescent lamps and fluorescent lamps as the main products. According to the sales quantity of lighting fixtures, LED lighting fixtures have a market share of less than 1% in the general lighting market, and have not yet become mainstream lighting fixture products. In addition to being widely used in street lights, tunnel lights, and other areas, the application of LED lighting in China lags behind major lighting markets such as Europe, America, and Japan. The application market still needs support and promotion. In addition, compared to market demand, there is still insufficient implementation of standards and specifications, which has created obstacles for the promotion of LED lighting applications.  
2、 The lighting industry has a strong foundation, and China is the world's largest producer of lighting sources and lamps. According to the statistics of the China Lighting Electrical Appliances Association, in 2010, the national production of incandescent lamps was 3.8 billion, and the production of fluorescent lamps was 6.69 billion, including 1.83 billion straight tube fluorescent lamps, 1.8 billion ring fluorescent lamps, and 4.43 billion CFL lamps. In 2010, the country produced 174 million HID lamps, including 56 million high-pressure mercury lamps, 54 million high-pressure sodium lamps, and 63 million metal halide lamps. Meanwhile, the consumption of lighting fixtures in China is mainly provided by domestic production enterprises, with imported products accounting for less than 5% of the domestic market share. At the same time, nearly 70% of domestic production is used for exports. A solid foundation in the lighting industry not only provides reliable product supply for the domestic LED lighting market application, but also provides excellent support for the domestic LED lighting industry to improve the cost-effectiveness of LED lighting fixtures through economies of scale.
